Shopping

You order from our website Vr.cam and paid with a credit card or bank transfer (with yowpay). We will ship you your order with DHL in few days.

You have to give us your shipping address, phone number (for DHL) and email address to have invoices and tracking code.

For the moment we ship all orders with DHL Express 48h.

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible.

We can cancel the order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can contact us and cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

All the products which are shown on our site are available if marked “on stock”. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

Yes, in almost all countries, with DHL Express.

Some countries are difficult to access for parcel delivery. We reserve the right to cancel your order if shipping is not possible.

Yes. Our system is managed by Stripe.

If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact shop@vr.cam notify us about the problem.

Shipping & Returns

We do our maximum to refund our clients quickly. It takes up to 2 weeks.

We can cancel the order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can contact us and cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.

In some cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

International shipping might experience delay. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email shop@vr.cam, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us.

Warranty

All our products (webcams) are covered by 2 years warranty.

The  warranty start date is the date the product is shipped to the client.

We will not repair or replace any product in case of:

  • Damage incurred in shipping or handling, or damage due to Force Majeure or damage arising out of abuse;
  • Product damage caused by the customer or due to the product not being operated in accordance with its specifications and user manual;
  • Damage malfunction or performance detraction of the products caused by any unauthorized modification of the Hardware and/or software;
  • Damage, malfunctions or performance detraction of the Products caused by neglect, misuse, or malicious use;
  • Failure to meet the requirements of environmental conditions or external electrical parameters necessary for the products to operate in the normal cause of business;
  • Scratches or other cosmetic damage to the product surface that does not affect its operation;
  • Product damage which are attributable to the customer.
